1.  Jailbreak your iphone
There are various options but the easiest one so far is to use blackra1n (by geohot)  it can be found at http://www.blackra1n.com/ and follow the instructions.
Install Cydia

2. Install Amharic fonts and Keyboard
Launch Cydia and Search for Amharic
You will be able to install
Amharic Keyboard (by Ermiyas Sabek) from BigBoss & Planet-iPhone
Amharic Font (by Ali M) from BigBoss & Planet-iPhone
Amargna Font (by Ermiyas Sabek) from BigBoss & Planet-iPhone

3. Install Mobile Terminal (by Allen Porter) from Cydia Telesphoreo
this will create a Mobile terminal application

4. Install wget

5. Launch Mobile Terminal
enter su at the prompt
enter aspire at the pass word prompt

6. Download iKeyEx (by KennyTM) using the following command
#wget http://netwokpx.googlecode.com/files/hk.kennytm.iKeyEx3-0.1-99b.deb

7. install iKeyEx using
#dpkg -i hk.kennytm.iKeyEx3-0.1-99b.deb

8. Launch Settings/iKeyEx
Mix and Match
Layout  pick Amargna
Input Manager English (US)
Name it AmharicNew

Go back to iKeyEx
Select Keyboard and add AmaharicNew to it
Amharic will be the primary font since it was added last
If you want English to be the primary deselect it (remove) and then add it

Now you have Amargna Fonts
